Overnight hemp oats

This recipe I take with me on the road. Its perfect if you can’t eat a certain meal provided in your travels or you need to add an extra snack. I like to make them extra creamy and filled with protein. You can follow the general guidelines and then get creative with your toppings! Some days I add cacao nibs with chia seeds and other days Wildway granola, whatever I’m craving makes this recipe versatile. You can follow the same guidelines for my overnights oats recipes! 

Overnight hemp oats

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp coconut manna (can sub 2 tbsp coconut full fat milk)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 scoop vanilla vega one protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana
Directions
  • Step 1 Melt coconut manna so its creamy or use coconut full fat milk
  • Step 2 In a bowl or jar, pour in hemp hearts, manna, flaxseed, protein and collagen peptides
  • Step 3 Add almond milk and cinnamon
  • Step 4 Stir until well mixed together
  • Step 5 Pour in a jar and seal with a cap
  • Step 6 Place in the fridge and let sit overnight
  • Step 7 Remove the next morning and pour mixture in a bowl
  • Step 8 Add sliced banana on top!
